DAWWARA STANDING STONE
Too neatly squared to be a prehistoric menhir, this tall upright stone, outside the Government Nursery on the Kerċem road out of Victoria, was probably once part of some Roman building, of which, however, no other trace survivies.

Dr David Trump

USEFUL INFORMATION
How to go: This is at Victoria on the Southwest road leading to the village of Kerċem, precisely where the road forks in two directions and beside the entrance (to the left) of Tad-Dawwara Nursery.
